MY MORNING ROUTINE

After 8-10 hours of sleep (I try to sleep like it is my job in order to sustain my active lifestyle)

WAKE UP

TAKE A LEAK

DRINK 1 LITER OF WATER WHILE DOING MY MORNING FRC CARS (Constant Articular Rotations) AND STRETCHING

TAKE A DUMP

MEDITATION AND BREATHING (usually Whim Hof Method Breathing)

SMOOTHIE (If I am hungry and/or worked out later in the evening on the previous day)

WORK

BREAKFAST – 6 eggs, vegetables, and sometimes a carb (rice or potatoes)

VITAMINS

WORK

EITHER A WORKOUT OR LUNCH
